OUR STORY

Cool climate truffles grown on a fourth Generation, family-owned farm

In the early 1900s, members of the Whalan family arrived in the Central Tablelands and began working the land, growing potatoes, peas and

raising cattle.

Fast forward 100 years and Simon Hedges is now growing truffles beneath oak and hazlenut trees on a ridge of this parcel of land.
